  • German Club Manor
  • Applications are due in late October/early November 2019

The Pamplin Students Leadership Conference is an all-day seminar that provides students with opportunities to enhance their leadership skills through experiential learning led by industry leaders. Networking time allows company professionals a chance to interact with top students, and in return, these students learn about career and internship opportunities. Students also hear from a distinguished keynote speaker. With numerous learning opportunities, the Leadership Conference promotes a strategy of life-long learning and leadership development.dsc04419

The conference is open to students across the university. Over 100 students attend the conference, with majors focused on those found in Pamplin, as well as majors that corporate partners would like to reach (e.g, psychology, communications, industrial system engineering, etc).

The Leadership Development Team (LDT) is a group of motivated undergraduate students who plan and execute the Leadership Conference as well as provide opportunities for leadership development for students throughout the year. Each year’s team is selected by the previous year’s team through an in-depth selection and interview process.

For more information about the conference, please visit the Pamplin Leadership Development Team’s website: https://www.vtpldt.com/
